QUALITY POLICY

Mission
     We run ATZ Farmont Poland in such a way that the offered diamond and carbide burs are always delivered in accordance with the established terms of cooperation, quality and reliability as well as with the requirements of national, regional, international or other regulations. This is carried out continuously and transparent to all of our business partners.

     In order to maintain and increase customer satisfaction, ATZ Farmont Poland adopts the following quality objectives.

Quality goals:

  • Only products that deserve the recognition of customers, effectively meeting their needs and expectations, taking into account applicable standards and regulations, may be offered and delivered.
  • A high level of product quality, a comprehensive range of services and a customer service culture are decisive for maintaining the ATZ Farmont Poland’s competitive position as a reliable supplier of the best quality products.
  • ATZ Farmont Poland does not use comparative marketing. Our employees do not comment on other companies’ activity and their products during trade talks.

We achieve our strategic goals through:

  • application, development and continuous improvement of the quality management system based on PN-EN ISO 13485 standards as amended,
  • establishing and improving cooperation with suppliers and recipients of products,
  • systematic motivation, development of staff qualifications and experience,
  • clear communication and awareness of specific objectives at all levels of management and for all functions,
  • planning measures and activities to ensure that the conditions for collection, transportation and storage are supervised to prevent any mistakes,
  • identifying, planning and managing processes and their relationships, as well as a systematic assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, including continuous improvement processes.

DECLARATION

     We declare to continue the quality policy and we accept the commitment to create the conditions and internal environment of the company so that all employees can be fully involved in achieving the highest goals.

     This commitment also includes providing the means to implement the policy, including the establishment, development and continuous improvement of the quality management system and processes covered by it.
