ATZ dental burs, according to the ATZ FARMONT POLAND catalogue, are used for cavity preparation and filling restorations in dentistry. ATZ diamond dental burs are made in an assortment according to the ATZ FARMONT POLAND catalogue, in accordance with the requirements and types specified in harmonized standards:

– Burs markings in accordance with the ATZ FARMONT POLAND catalogue,

– ATZ diamond dental burs according to the requirements of the standards: PN-EN ISO 6360 -1: 2004 PN-EN ISO 6360 -2: 2004.  

     Each ATZ diamond bur, according to the ATZ FARMONT POLAND catalogue, consists of a shank, which is a bur holder in the tool (contra-angle, turbine) and drill head (cutting element), the working part of which is a granulation diamond of the appropriate grain thickness. The shape of each diamond bur marked the catalogue number is as described in the ATZ FARMONT POLAND catalogue. 

ATZ diamond burs, according to the ATZ FARMONT POLAND catalogue, are made of materials resistant to chemical substances contained in physiological secretions and resistant to corrosion. The smoothness of the bur surface allows easy cleaning and keeping them clean. Bur shanks are made of stainless steel, used for the production of surgical instruments, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 7153. The components of the product’s working structures are permanently connected, without gaps, cracks and uneven granular matrix. 

     Diamond grain covering the heads of diamond burs, depending on the thickness of the diamond grain complies with the PN-EN ISO 7711-3: 2005 standard, marked on the diamond bur with an appropriate code, in the form of a colored strip: – yellow, average 25 µm; – red, average 46 µm; – blue, average 107 µm; – green, average 151 µm; – black, average 181 µm.   

     Each bur mounted to a low-speed and turbine (high-speed) tool (contra-angle handpiece) fully performs its drilling and abrasion functions according to the instructions for use of the dental, prosthetic, or other tool.
